Roundcheck is an independent Fact-Checking platform in Nigeria with team members cutting across different medium; Print and broadcast. Fake news and misinformation have caused more harm, it has destabilised the unity and peace amongst people, fake news and misinformation have resulted to war, fake news and misinformation have resulted to wrong perception about things; this is the reason why Roundcheck was created. We will join in the fight against fake news and misinformation, we will correct long term myths and make the social space free again, at least, to a minimal stage.

We are on a mission to eradicate fake news and misinformation, if not totally to a minimal stage. We understand the effects of fake news and we are joining other Fact-Checking platform in the fight against it
